Yep. And they should be called for facemasks when they stiff arm a defenders facemask too. I've seen them stiff arm and grab the facemask probably hundreds of times and a flag is never thrown.

Offensive players can initiate contact the same way defensive players can but for some reason, the powers that be have decided it is much worse if the defensive players do it.
