Ok has Mond really improved or has Jace made him look better?

I think he's improved. Jace helps but every successful QB has help, with OL and receivers.
Mond was statistically the worst QB in the conference last year, and has jumped to middle of the pack this year.

That Kirk kid was a fairly decent target last year.
