Yes he did. Davis sat out the first half of the Tennessee game. Had he been ejected from the game for punching that Mizzou player, he would have sat out the first half against Tennessee as well.

Saban gave him the same punishment an ejection penalty would have given him.

But he didn't get ejected. Therefore the penalties are not the same

White was ejected. Saban “talked” to Davis and put him back in 2 snaps later. Then when the stink was raised suspended him for the 1st half. He still played the rest of the game he lost his cool in. They are not even close to being the same

He sat vs Tenn. Saban sits him for one series (if at all) if the game is against LSU, SEC Title, or a playoff game. This is Saban's MO in the past.
