Yeah, I read that after posting
Why use remaining (which is highly subjective) instead of using games actually played?
Especially as CCG's are not determined at this point and should give an strong boost to SoS's?

Because this is just a metric built into their FPI system, which only serves to project the remaining/final record.
It's just not laid out well, or giving all the information in one place that we'd like.
