Muschamp failed because he couldn't recruit hardly any NFL-caliber skill players on offense or develop a QB.
Mac failed because his S&C program was a joke, he hired Nussmeier to call plays, and also couldn't develop a QB. He chased off the one QB that could have extended his stay here.

Muschamp missed on so many offensive skill position recruits. Just kept losing them on signing day.
