Of course. He hasn't hit his peak physical strength (arm and overall) so physically he will get better. He is good a treading defenses for a college QB

All true.

but he isn't at the level of NFL QBs in that respect yet. He still throws into situations that would be picks at the next level so plenty of room to improve on decision-making (particularly the speed of making the right decision).

But this part makes me question how closely you watch #13

He dissects defenses and makes lightning quick decisions better than most QBs I’ve ever seen at the collegiate level. He’s not 100% perfect, but I can’t remember even seeing a guy this polished this early in his career. It’s entering into previously unheard of levels. He’s deadly accurate, he processes things quickly and makes the right decision at a much higher percentage of the time than he has any business doing at 20 years old.

Also he’s great in the pocket. He’s been sacked only twice all year and he has quite a few plays where you can watch him climb the pocket, keep his eyes downfield, and deliver a strike.

True. Nobody wants to call Tua what he really is out of fear of being a homer or "going there" but he is the best college quarterback I have seen in my 42 years up to this point. Not close either.

I didn’t say anything about his accuracy because I think that is one thing about him that may already be about maxed out. He has elite NFL level accuracy already imo.

However I stand by assessment that he is elite at reading defenses quickly at the college level but not elite in this area at the NFL level yet. The OPs question is can he get any better and I think this is an area he can get better at. It’s hard to even do until you get to the NFL and see those kid of defenses with those athletes, speed and schemes. He is not the QB he would be after a couple years in the NFL. That’s my only point - he will get even better.
