Of course. He hasn't hit his peak physical strength (arm and overall) so physically he will get better. He is good a treading defenses for a college QB but he isn't at the level of NFL QBs in that respect yet. He still throws into situations that would be picks at the next level so plenty of room to improve on decision-making (particularly the speed of making the right decision).

I don't know though. Not only does he have a great ability to read defenses but keeping them honest. We get big plays because he does not give away on down field plays where he is going. The opposing DBs have to stay honest. Many other QBs I see give it away in college way to early and allow a S to cheat over. One of the reasons I believe he has yet to throw a pick. He is also great at throwing to only where the WR can get it. I have seen some of our WRs in double coverage and only they can catch it. Even if a DB can make a play it looks at best to maybe bat it down but not able to intercept it. I also like the way he can keep a WR in their stride on routes. Makes the offense that much more explosive.

Can he improve yes but I am not sure it will matter.

All true.

But this part makes me question how closely you watch #13

He dissects defenses and makes lightning quick decisions better than most QBs I’ve ever seen at the collegiate level. He’s not 100% perfect, but I can’t remember even seeing a guy this polished this early in his career. It’s entering into previously unheard of levels. He’s deadly accurate, he processes things quickly and makes the right decision at a much higher percentage of the time than he has any business doing at 20 years old.

Also he’s great in the pocket. He’s been sacked only twice all year and he has quite a few plays where you can watch him climb the pocket, keep his eyes downfield, and deliver a strike.
