It would be fun to watch the program play the recruiting game to compete... with others clearly doing the same.
The capability to be a name program in football is definitely still there.
The reasons people throw out as to why "we can't" are lame.
The reasons as to why "we don't and won't" have unfortunately been more valid.
The Money has to care enough to try and compete... plenty of professional sports franchise owners merely pay lip service in regards to competition... many are content just being in the game.
When you see other college programs rise from the pack to make a name for themselves, there's always The Money in the background pushing things forward.

Is it possible we are in the game actually??? If so why do we keep buying DE's and WRs, and not O line guys.
