I don't think this is the usual fan rage.

But I've just come to believe that Bentley will never be able to read defenses. And he can be very inaccurate - quite often.

And (insert passed up senior year thingie) he is in his 3rd year as a starter. The light is not going to just come on one day. We'd have seen some signs of this getting better as time goes along if it were.

Look the kid has pro size. He has pretty decent mobility by pro standards as well (he really could run more in college, but he doesn't seem to want to). Average to above average arm for the pros as well (some might debate this, but he does spin some throws).

But we'd be better off with a more limited guy who doesn't turn the ball over, make crazy dumb throws, but who also can actually get the ball out on time and make the easy throws.

Really like to see what Urich can do as well. We may never know though, since Hilsinski is coming in the spring. Dunno, if he doesn't transfer to another school, maybe he could switch positions? He is like 6'4" or 6'5" and is a pretty good runner.

Urich will probably end up as a WR ... too bad. Kid has talent.

Bentley had five passes dropped that should have been caught, four of which were for explosive yards even without yac. He should have had 200 more yards just on four of those dropped passes.

He does tend to underthrow at times, but he reads defenses well IMHO.

Scarnecchia may surprise us but I suspect Joyner will see plenty of playing time.

Next year it will be Bentley, Joyner, Hillinski ... and then Luke Doty is on the way as well.

Urich is an amazing athlete.

So basically the cocks can't run the ball and now they can't throw the ball.

Mizzou might lose by 30
