Compare Harbaugh's buyout with Fisher's buyout.
ETA: Hell, compare Fisher's buyout with ANYBODY else's buyout. The next highest one is $30 million less.

OTOH, Harbaugh undoubtedly made the right move going back to Michigan. He's making a lot more money and has more job security with lesser results than he would in the NFL. If he had taken a job like the Bears, he probably would have been fired by now and starting over like Chip Kelly is at UCLA.
