Hall and Samuel aren't really the same kind of reciever. Samuel is a guy you get the ball to in open space and see what he does.
Hall is much more of a typical outside speed guy with length.
Samuel doesn't have 100 yards on the season, Hall is 4th in the country. I don't think there's a real comparison. Also personally believe he's still recovering from his injury.

I'm not sure what that has to do with Hall. Hall is a better pure receiver than Samuel. Arguably he is the best in the nation and he has a much better QB throwing to him.
Look, if you want to cover Hall 1 on 1 that CB is going to have a bad day. That's just the way it is. Like I said, I'd roll a safety over but then you have to deal with Okwuegbunam and Johnson in the middle of the field.
Our passing game is elite. It's going to be very tough to stop.
