Untrue, I actually did a breakdown on the Florida board.

Of 43 passing attempts he was hurried a total of 4 times. He actually had a very clean pocket for the majority of his bad passes.

His biggest problem is pass selection -- he takes risks and holds the ball way too long. If you know that the OL isn't holding onto the blocks, you have to adjust and call for shorter routes.

I can't imagine Mullen was happy about 22 of the 43 passes he took being intermediate or deep. He's not especially accurate, and while the OL did have some bad plays, he had a clean pocket over 75% of the throws he took.



There isn't a defensive linemen or LB within five yards of him, and he throws it directly to a Kentucky player. His actual interception he had no pressure at all.

At some point, we just have to come to the conclusion that he's not a good QB.
