I worked in radio in the Auburn area in my college days, and it was my job to dub LL off of the Alabama Radio Network feed onto a cart for playback on Saturday mornings. As mentioned before, there was no analysis of the teams' strengths and weaknesses, just a fe puns and a prediction. But he was a decent prognosticator - as I recall he was 100% on AU'S 1982 season, including what was then considered an upset of UT.
Even more obscure - we briefly aired another comic prognostication show, with more elaborate voices, sound effects and gags, including mock interviews - but I can't remember the name of it. Anyone else remember it? Mid-80s era...

I worked in radio for a bit in the late 70's early 80's, too. Grabbed some copies of American Top 40 by Casey Kasem. It came on 4-6 albums (i want to say 4) with breaks to insert local commercials.
Like an idiot I got rid of them when everything started going to CD, because I figured I wouldn't be able to play the albums.![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Iconbanghead.gif)
