They are capable of growing football turf that stays green; even in late November.

Or you could give up on something that is really a non-issue? I'd prefer real grass, but unless there is real evidence to support that recruits are anti-turf then I'm not going to care.

Well, truth be told, hemp grows really well in KY. I always envisioned UK developing something like this...

(dammnit, just googled the Carl Spackler turf seen from Caddyshack and it is age restricted)
