Who was the AD in 2007 when Croom was there? I actually went to his home in Starkville, for a wedding party for my nephew's bride. Was really impressed with their palatial home.

Larry Templeton was the AD that hired Sylvester Croom. Greg Byrne (now Alabama's AD) was the AD that fired him. Your visit was about the time the two tenures crossed so I'm not sure whose house you went to. Probably Templeton's though. He works in the SEC office currently....probably his compensation for hiring Croom.
