What's the deal with all of this child abuse going in Arkansas?

We have this story, which isn't clear to me, about three teen girls "taunting" a 1 year old that they were babysitting with a taser and then striking her in the head. Apparently one of the girls filmed it and put it on Social Media. Story doesn't actually say if they used the taser or not.

We also have the story about the daycare worker in Bryant physically assaulting a toddler girl and then dropping a toddler boy against a chair and the wall. I saw the video on that. It's outrageous. I can't imagine how I would react if this happened to my children.

Here's a 19 years old "man" from Van Buren that smothered his two month old baby because she was crying and he was tired. I hope he gets the death penalty.

I have a 1 year old and a 9 year old. I just can't imagine how anyone could hurt a child, let alone the child's own parents. This is the kind of stuff I expect to read happening
in Florida, not here at home.
