Clemson fan cousin of mine

I can only imagine.

I've got good friends up there in Gaffney, Spartanburg and Greenville and they say it's been rough the past few years.

These things swing back and forth. They'll stumble here soon enough and we'll overtake them and then make life hell on them again. It's the natural order of things in this state.

I honestly believe that, if we surpass them again in the near future we could pass them for awhile. We've got more fans in this state than do they and we're built for the longer haul being the Flagship University, being in the SEC and having so much more money than them in terms of an athletic department budget.

Their is a contingent of their fans that's saying it's some kind of conspiracy and that their recruits aren't getting the bumps in ratings they should so that they'll be behind us in the rankings.

They would flat die before simply admitting the talent gap between us and them is closing.

I live in Gaffney Hawk, work in Spartanburg...it's definitely been rough in the Upstate.
