Members of the Bgg 6 have all won an SEC championship. Non members haven't

Sears was among the largest retail stores in the world in the 1950s, and even as late as the 1980s were the largest retailers in the nation, by revenue, according to an article at abcnews.com. Now they lose a billion per year and closing stores all across the world.

Just for a little perspective.

Wonderful, thank you

But perspective still doesn't change the definition of what the big 6 is

If you've won the SEC*, you're in...if not, you're not

*won since 1992

Fox and friends this morning reported that Sears is closing 70 something stores because they lost like 212 million, but your point is valid and things do change over time.

Big 6 is more than just record. As bama wouldnt be in it just 15 yrs ago. UT and bama are still "Big 2" of the SEC, and finances still show that. UT has shown that even with a bad decade that it hasnt ever experienced in the past it still at one of the ends of the table.
