Checking in, looks like I missed some things. Went on vacation.

So in regards to what I saw early with Tua it’s really simple. Tua was talented we all know this but he was turnover prone. Like every practice.

Examples, Tua throws a forced pick and Sabans body language completely shifts and basically tells the OC to “ get him the hell out of there”.

It’s sometimes hard to convey things without a video but, essentially almost everything I attended Tua was making a forced play when in reality he didn’t have too. I think that was what rubbed Saban the most, he wanted him to learn patience and not try to make a play when it wasn’t there.

You saw a slight glimpse of that in the natty then he got his patience in order and made plenty of strikes.

The practices leading up to Clemson when I said Tua had a package, he was WAY more patient in the pocket and threw the ball away when necessary. That IMO is what made Saban trust him finally.

Glad everyone kept it civil. Cheers.

JMO but I would take my chances with giving #13 the chance to improve vs #2. After two full years if you believe the light is going to come on for #2 then fine. It's like only #2 can improve.

#2's last two games vs AU were pathetic at best. Pathetic.
