Hope you’re right about his chances but there is a sizeable contingency in my neck of the woods supporting him. It’s mostly being spear-headed by a local elected official who is banking on landing a cush appointment under Cagle.

Follow the special interest money....
It's all been bet on Cagle with some thrown on Hill in case there's a runoff. And then they cant lose.
