THE most dominant HS football player I have ever laid eyes upon. Not even close.
OM fans can look back and remember that it was Powe's signing that eventually led the NCAA to Oxford for 6+ years. All the investigations into academic improprieties, which led to them looking at the WBB and track programs which eventually led to the FB program, had their genesis in Waynesboro ,MS.
