Simply not true.Florida,Texas and California ALL produce more blue chip and P5 signees but GA will probably surpass CA in 3 to 5 years.

The state of CA has almost 4 times the population of GA. On sheer NUMBERS alone, they'll pump out more top recruits than GA EVER will.
