I have a running theory that most of the Grayson kids in this class (OP the exception) are significantly overrated by the recruiting services due in large part to the massive marketing campaign they have all had run for them since middle school.
You may be on to something there. Grayson has some good players, don't get me wrong, and folks are moving into that area to get their kids at the high school and into that program.

However, over the last couple of years, with all that "talent", they are still being matched on the field and in the standings by other GCPS schools - Archer, Mill Creek, North Gwinnett. The hype and ratings for a lot of the players don't always seem to match the results on the field.

It's something I'm going to pay attention to over the next few seasons. I have a hard time recalling guys that really lived up to the hype. Wayne Gallman at Clemson had a good career, and the nkemdiches had good production but were a handful off the field.

Depth chart at UGA scared Pappoe. We signed four highly recruited LBs last year with Adam Anderson, Channing Tindall, Quay Walker, and Otis Reese who might be a safety. That doesn't even count all of the other young talent.
