Sikkema threw a lot of pitches in the middle of the zone and got punished on one for a 2 run shot. That's all UK needed to tube MU, 2-1. It didn't help that the batters went 1 for 15 with RISP

Beiser has to find some bats but the defensive product is outstanding.

Poor bormet pounded that ball in the ninth. He found the top of that 40 x 40 wall

I think he can be a guy you put behind Misner and hurt teams. Another year of nutrition and weights puts that pitch well out of the park.

Sikkema's start reminded a lot of De Oca's starts. He was constantly getting himself into trouble but finding ways out of it more times than not. Bit him in the arse only once but that was enough.

Sikkema's arm action gives the batter a good look at his hand before delivery. The amount of leather you can see tips the pitch. Good hitters are going to eat him alive if they can pick up on it.

They aren't going to change anything in the middle of the year but he needs to do a better job of hiding the ball.

That's the first I've heard of that. Everything I had heard and read on him was that the one thing that is his strength is the inability of batters to pick up on his pitches until late.
