Fair points.

You can recreate the cool berms of hot chicks hanging out getting sun watching the game int he OF. You can move the beer section out there and make it larger. Turn that section into a party.

Add in more seats for season ticket holders and or single game seats for people like me who don't want to sit on the grass if I don't have to.

One thing that makes Olsen special in the student / GA seating up the upper decks. They're the reason the atmosphere is so great. They bring the juice.
