Honestly, while crazy things happen, Texas has to be favored by a country mile in this hypothetical. Nebraska is likely to be the first blue-blood (if it really is that, I'd say that's questionable) to fall out of the blue-blood ranks in decades. UT has nothing exciting going for it right now, and no solid foundation (like, say, Texas recruiting grounds or just a big-name coach) for the future. Texas really is the only one of the three that looks like it could ascend to the top again any time soon. Not saying they will, just that the pieces are there.
