Knew I shoulda gone with a Tennessee v Nebraska thread. 
But I view Nebraska as what Texas was a year ago. With Scott Frost, and an easier Big10 west conference division to win, I think Nebraska could make some moves, within a few years.

You shouldn't. Texas > Tenn. > Nebraska as far as recruiting goes. Tex. will get elite talent no matter what. I think it will be hard for Frost to get enough elite talent to Neb.
