If it was just UAB football, then yeah. But if you're wanting a general use stadium for a city, I think you have to go at least 45k.

It seems crazy to me that Bham is getting a dome and an open air stadium. UAB and the city could have joined forces to build something special but instead we will likely get two small time facilities that neither can afford.
