Only 2 guys have averaged 11+ APG in past 7 or so seasons, Rajon Rondo + James Harden. 7+ apg puts you top 10 every year in entire league, roughly top 5 PG

If Sexton finds success in the NBA, I imagine it would be scoring guard similar to Kemba Walker or pre injury Derrick Rose who are elite at getting into the lane

The league lead each of the last 5 years:

2018: Russell Westbrook (10.1), (Chris Paul with 8 is in 5th place)

2017: James Harden (11.2), (Ricky Rubio with 9.1 was in 5th place)

2016: Rajon Rondo (11.7), (Ricky Rubio with 8.6 was in 5th place)

2015: Chris Paul (10.2), (Rajon Rondo with 7.9 was in 5th place)

2014: Chris Paul (10.7), (Steph Curry with 8.5 was in 5th place)

I could see Sexton having something like 6-7.5 a game maybe. Ben Simmons this season is sitting at 8.1 in 4th place as a rookie and that's pretty high for a rookie.
