The SEC as a whole investing in basketball is paying off. Hopefully LSU can make some real noise next year.

I think the league will be even better next year.

Tennessee should be even better in Barnes' second year.

Assuming Auburn's program doesn't fall apart because of the FBI stuff, they bring back everyone and could possibly bring back Wiley which would make them even better.

Kentucky will always be strong.

LSU, Vanderbilt, and Mississippi State look to be majorly upgrading their talent.... and all three ought to have a shot at the Tournament next year.

I guess Ole Miss will be at the bottom next year. Unfortunately Georgia and South Carolina will also probably be towards the bottom. Alabama will lose Sexton and could lose Hall which I think would cause them to be in the bottom half for sure, but other than that, most every program should be the same or better next year.

Lose him to what? He got an illness I’m unaware of? Bama will return every contributor except for Sexton. If guys like Jones and Petty can take that next step then Alabama will be a lot better next year.
