Your solution is to force white business owners to hire more blacks and that will fix racism? Thank god you don’t live here anymore. I’m sure out west it’s an absolute melting pot of different races.....

It won't fix it but it would add more progress. See the Rooney rule in the NFL. Where black employees must be interviewed. Giving black Americans a chance, if qualified for the position
