He may or may not be a good coach long term. We still don't really know for sure. But losing to Vandy and OM in Oxford and Nashville, respectively, is a mystifying long-time Bama tradition. Generally speaking, for whatever reason, Bama could field the 1992 Dream Team and go into those venues and lose. Generally get hammered. Each of those teams have walk-ons that typically can come in the game and hit step-back, fade-away 28 footers over and over again against Bama when they're at home, for whatever bizarre reason.
