Heinrich = retired due to injuries. He had some serious back problems.

Rogers = also battled injuries - retired to pursue career in law enforcement.

Kraus = didn't fit the system. He's was more of an extra offensive lineman than a tight end but was too small to really be an effective blocker and too big/un-athletic to be a pass catcher.
