They're talking about the recruiting class itself, but Mullen has had more blue chips (% wise) than McElwain and Muschamp the past four years. We've gotten a talent injection, and it's expected to expand this year (now).

My bad. I thought they were talking about the program as a whole. They're nuts if they think this class is that low on blue chippers. Are they using ESPN or some other junk site?
