Getting pretty excited about this kid, and starting to think that he can go a long ways toward replicating the outside scoring we are losing after this year.
Dropped 58 points on DeSmet tonight. He can really shoot. He's also got an excellent body. He's got length and he's solidly built. Allows him to get to the rim and finish. He's going to be a good one.

If Watson and Santos can shoot well, they may just be able to replace the scoring if the current wings.
Barnett doesn’t create any of his own shots.
Robertson is a little better, but still not great at creating his own shots.
If Jontay develops a post game the shooters are going to have a ton of open 3’s, because Jontay is an elite passer.

#Mizzou 2018 SG signee Torrence Watson (@TorrenceWatson) scored a career-high 58 points tonight in Whitfield’s 74-66 win over DeSmet tonight. Gives him two 50-plus point games this season.

I care about Watson. He's legit and I don't mind Geist. Needs some help though obviously.
