Pulling a gun and shooting at someone isn't a poor decision, it is murderous intent. The cops saved the taxpayers a ton of cash, good for them.

It wasn't just that. He was out on bail and was the suspect in a string of robberies. I forget if they were armed robberies or not. He lived the lifestyle that he wanted and he's dead now because of that. The cops did their job and it's a shame that he put them in that position. If you saw the video it was clear that the cop was going out of his way to avoid a conflict.
