We did bear crawls with suicides back in the day. I’m assuming a prowler is the same thing?

Oh yeah we weren’t that high tech yet. 
We pulled rail road ties and flipped tractor tires in the off-season. That was the extent of our outdoor training equipment.

I'm guessing that thing weighs about 1,500 pounds. You push that thing 50 yards 3 times a week and you'll be knocking down brick walls in no time.
