Hell, can we petition to replace Duke with Troy? At least the money would stay in state.

Better to get money from out of state tourists. If Troy wants a payday for a game, their revenue is the same whether it comes from Baton Rouge or Tuscaloosa. Tuscaloosa and Birmingham businesses will make more on a team with fans who will actually stay in hotels and spend more time.

Why play any of these small teams. I now they need the money but they are not worth our guys risking injuries for a win over some cup cake. Drop all the small schools, play some mid pack teams that we never play any more. At least give our second string some pressure.
