re: LSU not allowed to talk to Briles or Freeze, Bama hires Freeze

In case you missed it, there was no actual OC search that included Ogre getting his hand slapped by our AD for bringing up Briles and Freeze. Those were planted stories to make the fanbase think they were actually conducting a search.

Our top recruit just let the cat out of the bag. Ogre told him mid-December that Ensminger was going to be the OC. Afterwards was when these rumors leaked. They were to paint Ogre as wanting to "hire the best" but was supposed handcuffed.

Don't buy it.

btw, while our AD and President are certainly dysfunctional and need to be fired along with Cap'n Caveprogram, it is laughable that LSU is trying to show ourselves to be above hiring guys like Freeze/Briles when we have a snake oil salesman as our HC and his right hand man, Derek Ponamsky, is a convicted felon. They are both trash.
