I’ve seen Wisconsin play a bunch of times since I’m up here in Chicago

Only twice have they been manhandled. Once by Ohio state when the coach up and quit and the team wasn’t close to being prepared to play a game (I think he skipped a couple of practices that week). The other is Alabama in one of those neutral site games.

Wisconsin can’t beat Alabama. But they can beat anyone else in the country (maybe not Clemson). Doesn’t mean they would. But they could. They have beaten lsu, auburn, usc and Miami the last three years. They’ve lost to Ohio state three times in overtime and by 6 on the Champ game this year

Whoever said the looked unimpressive this year was dead wrong. They handled everybody they played easily

The badgers will never win a national title but they can compete and beat almost anyone on the country. If they get their recruiting into the top 10-15 instead of the thirties they will be really tough to beat

Struggled with Northwestern, struggled with Purdue, looked bad at times against Illinois, looked pretty average against Michigan.

They finished with 500+ yards only once all season. Finished with 400 or less 5 different times.

They were absolutely unimpressive against one of the weakest schedules I’ve ever seen. That’s why they were the only undefeated P5 team in America and couldn’t break the Top 5.

Yea - I love Wisconsin, especially under Chryst. They get shite on for probably not being able to win a national title, but they aren't some little plucky group of try hards. Yea, they can't beat Alabama or Ohio State, so? Neither can Miami. They beat teams with "great athletes" all the time. They just don't have enough to beat well coached teams with great athletes. No shame there, they still battle their asses off in those games.

I love watching them play. They know who they are and what they do and they do it so well.
