The taxidermist during the week CFB ref during the weekend construct is not working out very well.
These schools and conferences are basically shitting out cash....$80 million practice facilities, locker rooms, etc.
But no one wants to pay for full time refs. They have a huge impact on the game.

All “full time refs” means is paying full-time money for the same shitty product.
