I liked his comment on always wanting a 6’5 receiver split out on the line. Maybe we’ll finally join the rest of the SEC and regularly pursue WR’s with size. I imagine Martin will be that guy next year and wil probably have a field day in this offense.

Thank god we have a tactical and intelligent coach! I really hope our team no longer struggles with the basics of playing to the whistle, following through a tackle, and scheming against the opposing team. Bert’s “Lets get huge and power our way down the field” only to be unable to do it or adjust to anything was infuriating. Some of you focused on him not playing college ball and used it as reasoning he wasn’t any good... but his football IQ is incredibly higher than Bert.

I wouldbjave settled for huge and power. those teams go to a bowl what I saw was huge and soft. those teams stay the frick home this time of year
