Because it's an easy, lazy comparison to make when you don't know what you're talking about when it comes to evaluating QB skills. Baker and Manziel aren't comparable. Baker is a better QB across the board.

Speaking of lazy....
It only took Manziel 2 years of college ball to be drafted in the 1st round. Mayfield wouldn’t even have gone in the 3rd after 2 years. Mayfield wasn’t near the threat with his feet either.
