Wisconsin got hosed this year for having to play in this game.
All the while Alabama benefited from staying home.

It used to be lose early if your gonna lose.
Alabama loses its last game of regular season and still gets in.

Wisconsin only had one quality win -- vs barely-ranked Northwestern. The entire top 10 would've very likely gone undeafeated against Wisconsin's schedule. Wisconsin needed a win over OSU to have a resume worthy of considering them one of the four best teams.
