No. Not at all. he's only recruited about 4 guys total, he has 0 for this cycle. His strongest recruiting move was to get the QB from Boise St, that he didn't recruit in the first place, to transfer to NC St when he got the job there.
I actually posed that question to JC over at 247, if he wasn't able to plug and play a QB who already new his system in when he got to NC St would we even be talking about this guy because theres no way they have the success this year without it.
