Vols do well in the mid state, but bc of the people here with all different backgrounds (most of them didn’t grow up here and have not UT allegiance), I’m not sure it’s possible to lock it down (like LSU in LA or Bama in AL).

Is that why in 2017 the Vols landed 4 of its states top 10 recruits and 5 of the top 20, while LSU landed 3 of its top 10 and 5 of its top 20?
