OP asked a stupid question. Clemson is king of the hill in the ACC. There's not even a close second. They don't want to go anywhere.

Oklahoma is also king of the football hill, but one of the mediocre teams in the conference steals their money, dunks their head in the toilet daily, and makes them call him Daddy. Their fans are content to be bullied by Texas, but anyone in their administration with half a brain knows they belong somewhere else.

Norman isn't a podunk town, either. About the size of Tuscaloosa or Athens, except Norman doesn't allow black people to live there. So, I guess it's really more like Auburn, only twice the size.

Texas "steals our money" and "dunks our heads in the toilet"? What?

I admit I like SEC football, however bringing in Clemson wouldn’t be good for the SEC. Adding Clemson will only add to your conference eating their own during the regular season. Bad enough with Bama, AU, LSU, UGa etc. Do you really want Clemson added to the mix?
