Butchs top classes had 30 some players. He just piled up a bunch of garbage on top of a couple ballers. Tennessee's average player ratings were never that high

Vols best class had avg rating of 89.48,Not impressive. Georgia's current class avg is 92.

Fourth rank class is the fourth ranked class. It had some weaker players at the bottom for sure but they add little to nothing to the score. I.g 1.2 points, 2.3 on 247 and literally zero on Rivals.
Georgia has an elite class so I’m not sure why that would discredit that Tennessee class.
