Might not be a bad thing for him and his son. Even if he's not good enough make the kid a Razorback. You think a coach and son type thing like this would keep him here for the long haul.

I'm not getting excited, and saying this is second coming of Saban type, but what if Morris turns out good and it happened. You guys talk about him bolting to A&M, so this isn't far fetched. Even if his son is a student that's hella awesome.

Jimbo has a 10 year deal.

First...as a program Arkansas has NEVER lost a coach to another university. Second, Jimbo has a 10 year contract. IF it were to happen, we would know the program would be pretty high for him to be attractive to other programs.

Just because he graduated from aTm, doesn't mean he would leave a good job for them. We've seen first hand that just because you're from some place, doesn't mean you end up back there.

Ken Hatfield left for Clemson. I know it was because of JFB's meddling but he still resigned to take another Head Coaching Job.

Hugo Bezdek left for Oregon and then Penn State.

Bowden Wyatt left for Tennessee.

I think that's why he said "as a program". Hatfield left to get away from JFB. Bezdek was 100? years ago and Wyatt was over 50.

105. Hugo had a fairly miserable last year at Arkansas with three big blowout losses. But he did put up the most points ever scored by an Arkansas football team with a 100-0 molestation of SW Missouri. And he had a team that can make a reasonable claim on a national title.

He also gave us the Razorbacks name. I believe he left because Oregon offered more money and they were in talks to join an athletic conference.
