That combined with a few of the old dogs having either way less time to post or stopped posting entirely. PWJ, Sao, Lat's not as prominent on the rant anymore, etc. The recruiting and development hasn't been good enough to replace the posting talent we've lost to retirement.

EDIT: That being said, I think the Morris hire will breathe some life back into some of us. Bert's tenure effectively killed any sail we had left but Morris is looking promising.
